By using the Website or enquiring about or enrolling in a Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or enrol. You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Programme. By proceeding, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Description of Services

Bua Wealth provides financial education programmes in small-group settings in Bangkok. Our Programmes are designed to improve financial literacy among adult learners. They are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service.

We reserve the right to modify programme content, scheduling, and delivery format with reasonable notice. Programmes are delivered in English at our premises in Ratchathewi, Bangkok, with some content available as recorded sessions.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from us. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided at enrolment are accurate. We will send scheduling and course communications to the email address you provide.

5. Payment Terms

All programme fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current pricing:

Payment is required in full before the first session. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enquiry. Prices include all sessions and materials as described in the programme specification. No additional charges apply for items listed as included.

Refund policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the first session are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the first session or for non-attendance. If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise contrary to the learning environment we maintain.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, printed guides, worksheets, planning folders, and recorded content produced by Bua Wealth remain our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our Programmes provide general financial education only. Nothing in any session, material, or communication from Bua Wealth constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional advisory service regulated under Thai law.

We do not make any representation that completing a Programme will result in specific financial outcomes. Personal financial decisions should always be made in consultation with a licensed professional.

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bua Wealth's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Programmes shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Programme giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of income or opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bua Wealth and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our Website or Programmes, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the enrolment agreement by giving written notice. If you withdraw after the refund window has passed, the refund policy in Section 5 applies. We may terminate your participation immediately if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bua Wealth regarding use of the Website and our Programmes. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may not assign our obligations without your consent; you may not assign yours without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or enrolment in Programmes after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
